The candidate must have excellent client relation skills. This position involves on-site repairs of copiers, printers and other multi-functional devices.
The selected applicant will also possess the following:
- Field Service Technician to repair and maintain Sharp and Kyocera multifunctional office products and printers
- Sharp and Kyocera certification is preferred, but not required
- A self-starter that is experienced in managing client support within an assigned territory
- Experienced in troubleshooting and maintaining Sharp and Kyocera devices to maximize product performance, is a plus
- Excels in building customer relationships
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Team oriented and interested in building a long term relationship at Copy King

Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hit the Number – achieve all sales goals and targets – monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings
- Developing their territory through various prospecting and business development techniques
- Facilitate appointments through phone, email, social media, and onsite prospecting activity

Requirements include:
- Related industry experience preferred (copier/printer hardware and managed print or document management sales highly preferred)
- Documented record of success (prior sales experience, education, internships, awards, etc)
- Become a High Capacity, Self-Managed Salesperson
- Have a strong knowledge of document imaging products and general office computing.
- Must have excellent presentation, communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- PC hardware and software expertise is required
