Certified Pre-owned Copiers
Our refurbished copiers are hand picked from qualified wholesalers and off lease program vendors. Before we buy any used equipment our Service Manager goes directly to our wholesalers’ warehouses and selects only a few from hundreds of copiers available. These copiers usually come from upgrades, end of leases and Refurbished Copier 100% Guarantee repossessions and have been maintained by an authorized dealer.
At the warehouse we inspect each piece of equipment for; Make and model, low copy meters, cosmetics, specifications, options and how it passes a sample copy. Out of every 100 copiers we look at we only purchase the top 5% because we only want the best for our customers. Using these guidelines we eliminate most of the problems before we start refurbishing the equipment. After the copiers arrive at our facilities they undergo the strict refurbishing process.
Each copier undergoes diagnostics, inspection, cleaning and copy quality process before it is ready for sale. On average each copier takes approximately 6-8 hours to thoroughly complete this process before it ends up in our customers’ offices. We take pride in what we do because we know we never have a second chance to make a first impression.
